Services and prices

PHOENIX Private Health Coaching provides personal training, private health coaching and hybrid coaching services. The precise content, scope and remuneration are governed by the individually agreed offer or contract. Where prices are shown on this website, they must be clearly stated as final prices including the legally applicable taxes; any net price must be expressly labelled as such.

No medical service

The services described on this website concern training, movement, physical performance and health-oriented coaching. They do not replace medical examination, diagnosis or treatment, or physiotherapy, psychotherapy or any other regulated healthcare service. In the event of symptoms, injury, pre-existing conditions or uncertainty, medical advice must be sought before beginning or continuing any training.

No binding online contract

This website is intended for information and initial contact. It does not provide an automated binding contract process or online payment process. Contracts are concluded only after individual communication and express agreement.

Liability for content

The content of this website is prepared with reasonable care. No guarantee is made that it is complete, up to date or suitable for an individual situation. Mandatory statutory liability, in particular for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and mandatory consumer protection law, remains unaffected.
